Plugin Compatibility

QA ZERO is designed to work seamlessly with most WordPress plugins. However, some plugins may interact with QA ZERO in ways that require special consideration. This section covers compatibility issues and solutions for common plugin types.

Caching Plugins

Compatible Caching Plugins

QA ZERO works well with most popular caching plugins, including:

  • WP Rocket
  • W3 Total Cache
  • WP Super Cache
  • LiteSpeed Cache
  • Autoptimize

Potential Issues

Caching plugins may cache the QA ZERO tracking code, which can lead to inaccurate data collection. To prevent this:

  1. Exclude QA ZERO Scripts: Configure your caching plugin to exclude QA ZERO JavaScript files from being cached or minified.
  2. Dynamic Content: Ensure your caching plugin is configured to handle dynamic content correctly.

Configuration Steps

WP Rocket

  1. Go to WP Rocket > Advanced Rules
  2. Add the following to the "Never Cache URLs" section:
    /wp-content/plugins/qa-zero/
  3. Add the following to the "Excluded JavaScript Files" section:
    /wp-content/plugins/qa-zero/js/
  4. Save changes

W3 Total Cache

  1. Go to Performance > Minify
  2. Add the following to the "Never minify the following JS files" section:
    /wp-content/plugins/qa-zero/js/
  3. Save changes

  2. Click on "Allowlisted URLs"
  3. Add the following patterns:
